Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Client Representation

The practice of law has changed dramatically in the last several decades, and these changes call for increased questioning of ethical issues concerning unauthorized practice, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, advertising and solicitation. Through careful study and role-plays, you will discover alternative methods of dispute resolution including evaluative mediation, the minitrial, summary jury trial and mediation/arbitration.
