Corporate Law
Courses in corporate law are taught by members of BU Law's full-time faculty and current practitioners in the field who examine the legal structure and characteristics of business corporations. Students engage in discussions regarding the promotion and formation of corporations, the distribution of power between management and shareholders, federal securities laws and capital structure and financing.
