  • Ends: 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 18, 2019
Want to learn more about how to have a great summer and how to use your summer experience to get a 2L or post-graduate job? Whether you have already secured your summer job or are still looking, it is not too early to start thinking about how to have a successful summer. Come to the CDO’s How to Make the Most of your Summer Job on April 18 from 1 to 2 pm in Room 211. This program features 3Ls and CDO staff who will share their advice on what to expect from particular practice settings, and how to use your summer experience to develop skills and relationships that will be useful in your career. Our panelists have summered with in-house legal departments, small and large law firms, and government and public interest employers, and have now secured post-graduate employment. They’ll talk about how summer jobs can further your long term career goals. Jenna Fegreus, a reference librarian at BUSL, will also share her top research tips, applicable to most 1L summer jobs.
