Fundamentals of Banking Law
- Starts: 8:00 am on Wednesday, May 21, 2014
- Ends: 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2014
A three-day course in the Basics of Banking Law, as it has developed since the passage of the National Banking Act in 1863 and as it is changing since the Financial Crisis of 2008. Fundamentals of Banking Law (formerly Banking Law Basics) has been offered for more than 15 years as a comprehensive overview of banking regulatory law by a highly experienced faculty of seasoned practitioners and former regulators who have also taught law school courses in banking regulation and related topics. The approach of this course, including choice of topics, interactive approach in the classroom, materials provided to the students, presence of the faculty through the entire program, and limited class size, is strategically designed to optimize the overall learning experience of the attendees.
