Community residents, municipal leaders, and state agencies are working to increase access to healthy and affordable food in Massachusetts’ urban centers. Speakers at this brown bag panel will discuss the recently approved Boston Zoning Code Article 89 permitting urban agriculture, the role of lawyers in supporting residents engaging in urban / small scale - community based farming, and associated pro bono and public service opportunities available for attorneys interested in supporting urban agriculture efforts.
