  • Starts: 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2013
  • Ends: 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 20, 2013
*Now free for current Boston-area law students* It is difficult to get where you want to be when you don’t have a plan on how you will get there. A business plan is a living document that maps out your business, typically for the next three to five years. Developing it involves taking a structured approach to thinking about your business which, aside from providing a thorough comprehension of the details, ensures you’re not missing any important elements. Join us for this interactive workshop in which you’ll not only learn how to draft your business plan –- you’ll actually do it. We will cover these seven fundamental components of a business plan, including explanation, drafting and discussion of each: Business description; Market analysis; Competitor assessment; Marketing plan; Operating plan; Financial plan; Executive summary; and Common business planning mistakes. Additional faculty to be announced. Faculty: Damian J. Turco, Esq., program chair Turco Legal, Boston Sofia S. Lingos, Esq. Lingos Law, Boston Stephen Seckler, Esq.
