Litigation Round Robin hosted by the Massachusetts Law School Consortium
- Starts: 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 29, 2012
- Ends: 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 29, 2012
This is an excellent opportunity to meet in small groups with up to fifteen (15) litigators from a wide variety of practice areas and learn more about their work. The program will use a "speed-mentoring" format. Attorneys will sit with a small group of students for about ten (10) minutes. During that time, attorneys will provide information about their work and answer questions from the group. Students will remain at their assigned tables throughout the program and will get to meet with approximately five (5) different Massachusetts litigators whose practices include civil and criminal litigation in the public and private sectors. Students will be assigned to a group and table before the round robin begins. The round robin will end at approximately 6:00 p.m., and the networking reception will immediately follow. The networking reception will allow interested students to speak with the attorneys one-on-one as well as meet the other ten (10) litigators. Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served. Registration begins today, Thursday, March 8th. If you would like to register, please come to the CDO and write your name and email on the sign-up sheet. Space is limited, so register early if you are interested. The Registration Deadline is Thursday, March 22nd at 12:00 noon. Note: This is not a recruiting event, so do not bring your resumes. It is an opportunity to learn about various forms of litigation from practicing attorneys. Professional attire, such as a suit or other appropriate business attire, is required. If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Grossfield in the CDO at firstname.lastname@example.org.
