  • Lead counsel for municipalities, individuals, and corporate clients in land use and development matters.
  • Lead counsel for healthcare clients in payor/provider disputes, member claims, contracting issues, responses to civil investigative demands, and alternative dispute resolution matters.
  • Serve as a mediator and advocate in commercial and intellectual property matters.
  • Publish and lecture on variety of topics, including non-compete agreements, protection of trade secrets, mediation, binding mediation, trademark matters, and copyright issues.
  • Author, Negotiating, Drafting, and Enforcing Noncompetition Agreements and Related Restrictive Covenants (3rd ed., MCLE, Inc.)
  • Lead author of bill pending before the Massachusetts House of Representatives to define and codify Massachusetts noncompete law
