Mr. Nowill lectures in both the J.D. and LLM (Tax) programs. Until his retirement in September, 2007, he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. During a 25 year career practicing tax law, he served a broad range of clients and industries, including real estate, financial services, multi-national companies, and private equity funds. He worked extensively in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, partnership restructuring transactions, and a broad range of tax matters involving REITs, partnerships and corporations. He is a member of the New York Bar, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Massachusetts.
