Mr. Mosha is an International Tax Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. During his more than 13 years at PwCs Boston and London offices, he has advised several US and foreign multinational companies, both publicly traded and privately held, on a multitude of complex international corporate tax transactions including cross border mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax credit optimization, foreign earnings and profit planning, efficient foreign cash pooling, permanent establishment management, tax efficient repatriation, and foreign tax management. Mr. Mosha has been an adjunct faculty member of the Graduate Tax Program since 2002 and is a member of the New York Bar.
