Russell A. Gaudreau, Jr.Adjunct Professor of Law Professor Gaudreau, is a partner at Wagner Law Group in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to this position, he was a partner in the law firm of Ropes & Gray LLP, where he headed the firm’s employee benefits consulting and actuarial practice in Boston. Professor Gaudreau, who has concentrated on retirement plan and executive benefit matters for 36 years, is a director and founder of the New England Benefits Counsel. He has been a member of the faculty of the Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program since 1982 and also serves as a member of the adjunct faculty at Georgetown University Law Center.
