Peter L. Freeman has been an adjunct faculty member at Boston University School of Law since 1978. A partner at Peter L. Freeman, P.C. of Yarmouthport, Massachusetts. Professor Freeman has extensive legal and public service experience in housing and historic preservation issues. He lectures frequently on affordable housing law in Massachusetts and served as Chairman of the Barnstable Old King's Highway Historic District Committee from 1986 until June of 1998. In addition, Professor Freeman is a member of the Construction Industry Panel of the American Arbitration Association. His course, Historic Preservation Law, and Affordable Housing and Community Development, are offered in alternate years.
