Charles K. WhiteheadAssociate Professor of Law Interests: securities regulation; corporate governance; business transactions; and Japanese law Charles Whitehead joined the Boston University Law faculty in 2006 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Research Fellow. Before entering academia, Professor Whitehead worked on corporate, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions transactions in the New York, London, and Tokyo offices of a major New York law firm. He also held senior legal and business positions, in New York and Tokyo, for two global financial services firms. Professor Whitehead was a law clerk to the Honorable Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland, U.S. Court of Appeals (2nd Circuit). He is a member of the American Law Institute. |
