Mr. Wenniger is a member of Bingham McCutchen’s Financial Restructuring Group and the Institutional Finance Group. His practice focuses on representing institutional investors in cross-border private placement and bank lending transactions and representing investors and creditors in cross-border workouts and financial restructurings. He has experience in workout procedures of a number of European jurisdictions, acted as special counsel to institutional investors in numerous unsecured cross-border placements and other financing involving several European jurisdictions. In addition, he has advised lenders in a variety of syndicated lending transactions and workouts including acquisition financing, letter of credit facilities, junior secured facilities and debtor in possession credits. He co-teaches Transnational Lending and Trade Financing.
