Lecturer in Law
Prior to coming to the U.S. to pursue her LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law, Ms. Trujillo practiced corporate and banking law in Caracas, Venezuela. Since receiving her degree, she has specialized in mortgage products and residential lending transactions. Prior to joining Eastern Bank, she was director of Homeownership Counseling at the Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH). In that capacity she taught first-time homebuyer classes, helping to prepare low-income families for the purchase of their first homes, and worked individually with clients in credit, financial fitness, and mortgage counseling. She is on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of NECAG, the New England Consumer Advisory Group lead by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and Chair of the ALPFA Career Connection Committee.
She co-teaches Housing Finance and Community Development.
