Throughout his 30-year career, Mr. Sullivan’s practice focused on securities and corporate law, structured finance, project finance and international financial transactions. His experience includes numerous projects involving U.S., European and C.I.S. businesses engaged in banking, telecommunication, mining, electric power generation and transmission, oil field development, transportation and insurance. In 1990 he opened the firm’s Moscow office and spent several years there. In addition, he established Chadbourne’s offices in Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Ukraine. He co-teaches International Project Finance.
