Ms. Phelps specializes in a variety of project finance and real estate matters. She has worked on the development, financing and transfer of electric generating facilities and other commercial real estate and she has represented both major institutional lenders and borrowers in a wide array of lending transactions, including synthetic and leveraged lease transactions and bond financings. Ms. Phelps co-teaches International Project Finance.
