After finishing law school, Professor Park practiced in Paris before returning home to teach. He has held visiting appointments at Université de Dijon, University of Hong Kong, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales. His publications include International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration, Tax Treaty Arbitration, International Forum Selection and Arbitration in Banking and Finance. Professor Park is co-chairman of the American Bar Association Committee on International Commercial Dispute Resolution and a member of the NAFTA Financial Services Roster.

He served as arbitrator on the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Bank Accounts in Switzerland and currently sits on the Appeals Tribunal for the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims. From 1990-93 he served as director of the Morin Center. He teaches courses on Tax Aspects of International Banking, International Business Transactions and International Commercial Arbitration.
