Mr. Krebs’ areas of expertise are complex mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Mr. Krebs also has represented clients before various federal and state regulatory agencies, including the Federal Reserve Board, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the FDIC, the California Department of Financial Institutions, the Massachusetts Division of Banks and the New Hampshire Banking Department. He teaches Securities Regulation.
