Dr. Key, who retired from the Federal Reserve Board’s Division of International Finance in 2006, has been associated with the Morin Center since 1988. In the 103rd U.S. Congress (1993-94), Dr. Key was Staff Director of the Subcommittee on International Development, Finance, Trade and Monetary Policy of the House Banking Committee. In 1990-91, she was a National Expert in the European Commission's Internal Market Directorate-General. Dr. Key has been a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, an Adjunct Professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University, and an Academic Visitor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics. Dr. Key is the author of numerous articles and studies dealing with international trade in financial services, international financial regulation, and the EU single market for financial services. Her book The Doha Round and Financial Services Negotiations was published in 2003 (AEI Press). She teaches International Economic Institutions.
