Kevin Handly is a member of the Retail Financial Services, Business and Tax, and Energy Practice Groups at Pierce Atwood LLP. He has over 20 years experience representing financial institutions in corporate M&A and investment transactions, regulatory investigatory and enforcement proceedings and commercial litigation. Previously, Mr. Handly was a staff attorney at the Federal Reserve Board and a law clerk at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Kevin also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York.
