Mr. Hackett’s practice involves all aspects of state and federal regulation of retail financial products and sales; e-payments; regulation of financial services entities; and lending, deposit, and insurance transactions. He has extensive experience in negotiation and litigation with state financial services regulators; planning, structuring, and review of consumer financial products; and negotiation of complex joint venture, marketing, servicing, and financing arrangements for retail financial service providers. He co-teaches Consumer Financial Services.
