Anne P. DowdLecturer in Law Ms. Dowd has been a banking and financial services attorney for Bank of America and its predecessors for over fifteen years. During this time period, she acted as a key legal advisor to various commercial business lines, including large corporate, mid-cap specialized industries, middle market, trade finance, and commercial real estate. She also spent several years as legal counsel to workout specialists responsible for restructuring troubled commercial loans. She currently manages a team of attorneys and paralegals supporting the Bank of America commercial lending function in 22 bank footprint states from Maine to Nevada. Prior to joining the Bank, she was a commercial real estate attorney with Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts. She teaches Commercial Lending. |
