As the Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel, Ms. Ditomassi assists in the majority of policymaking decisions. Her areas of responsibility include automobile insurance reform, health care reform, financial transactions, receiverships, hearings and appeals, litigation, legislation and regulation. Prior to joining the Division of Insurance, Ms. Ditomassi was the chief of the Litigation Bureau of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. She co-teaches Government Regulation of Insurance.
