Mr. Dandridge is co-chair of the Securities Practice Team and a member of the Business Services Department and the Corporate Practice Group of the firm. Previously he was Associate Director (Small Business) in the Division of Corporation Finance, Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and of the American Law Institute. He teaches International Securities Transactions.
