Mr. Cusick has had a long career in bank management. Prior to retirement in 2007, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Century Bancorp, Inc., where he as responsible for all finance, treasury, accounting, information technology, international control, compliance, asset/liability, risk management and purchasing functions of a billion dollar multi-company financial services firm. Prior to Century Bank, he was with BayBanks, Inc. from 1971-1988. He teaches Financial Institutions Management.
