Mr. Borod is Chair of the Structured Finance Group of Brown Rudnick Berlack & Israels LLP. Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Borod practiced law with Hale and Dorr. He authored a tax management portfolio for the Bureau of National Affairs and was editor and co-author of a treatise on structured finance entitled: Securitization: Asset-Backed and Mortgage- Backed Securities, published by Lexis Publishing, and updated annually. He co-teaches Securitization.
