Students in the ELLM in International Business Law Program are required to complete the following four courses:

U.S. Contract Law and U.S. Corporate Law are required unless a waiver is approved. Waivers are generally approved for those who have taken the course at a U.S. law school or in a common law jurisdiction. Waivers are occasionally approved for non-common law lawyers who have extensive professional experience in the subject matter.
