Semester Options: Fall or Spring (3Ls Should Study in the Fall)

BU Law students who are fluent in Spanish can study international and comparative lawand, in particular, the laws of Latin America, one of the largest economic regions of the world through BU Law’s exchange program at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Argentina’s capital city of Buenos Aires (the “Paris of the South”) is the country’s commercial and cultural center whose cosmopolitan style has drawn travelers for years.

Up to two BU Law students can attend UBA in either the fall or spring semester. Each student develops a 12-credit individualized study plan from UBA’s vast array of course offerings, including International Protection of Human Rights, Introduction to the Community Law of Mercosur, Private International Law, and International Contracts.
