The Legislative Internship is a one-semester clinical program.  Students are required to apply and be accepted to the program before they register.

The Legislative Internship Program will be offered during the fall and spring semesters. Second-and third-year students will gain a deeper understanding of the legislative process by interning in the office of a Massachusetts state senator or representative, where they will have the opportunity to draft legislation, research questions of law and fact for proposed legislation, prepare briefing materials, and participate in planning meetings with legislators and staff.

COREQUISITE:  Accepted students must also register for the Problem Solving seminar offered during the same semester (JD938).
