Take-Home Exams
Take-home exams do not require students to use Examplify and are administered via the ExamSoft site. Download/Upload instructions will be e-mailed to registered students prior to the first day of the exam.
American Legal History (Seipp) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded eight hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29– Friday, 5/10. Students downloading their exam on 5/10 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m.
Business Immigration (Matrician/O’Donoghue) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded 24 hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29 – Thursday, 5/9. Students downloading their exam after 4:00 p.m. on 5/9 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/10.
Education Law (Darden) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded 24 hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29 – Thursday, 5/9. Students downloading their exam after 4:00 p.m. on 5/9 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/10.
Health Care Fraud & Abuse (S) Hitchings – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded 12 hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29– Monday, 5/6. Students downloading their exam after 4:00 a.m. on 5/6 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m.
Hospital Law (Bryant/Vernaglia) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning Monday, 4/29 at 8:30 a.m. and must be returned no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 5/6.
Insurance Law (O’Brien) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded three hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4.29 – Wednesday, 5/1. Students downloading their exam on 5/1 will be required to upload their exam no later than 4:00 p.m.
International Environmental Law (Jalloh) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded 24 hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4.29– Thursday, 5/2. Students downloading their exam after 4:00 p.m. on 5/2 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/3.
Intro to Jewish Law (Hauer) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded 24 hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29– Thursday, 5/9. Students downloading their exam after 4:00 p.m. on 5/9 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, 5/10.
Public Health Law (Huberfeld) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded eight hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29– Friday, 5/10. Students downloading their exam on 5/10 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m.
White Collar Crime (D’Addio/Kosto) – Exam may be downloaded via ExamSoft beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, 4/29 and must be returned/uploaded six hours later. The exam is available Monday, 4/29 – Tuesday, 5/7. Students downloading their exam on 5/7 will be required to return their exam no later than 4:00 p.m.
