In order for us to better understand the important perspectives jurists from your home country bring to the J.D. classroom, please comment briefly on the salient aspects of your country's tradition of legal education, such as: how your country's law classes are conducted (lecture v. discussion); what professors are generally like (aloof v. accessible); reading assignments (done before or after class?); exams (oral, written, take-home, open-book, closed-book?); what being "prepared for class" means; the nature of the educational materials; the structure of presentations.
