Elizabeth ("Tibby") Cail
Elizabeth ("Tibby") Cail is the Assistant Director for Professional Development and handles all aspects of job search advising and employer relations for LLM students and BU Law. Before joining BU Law, Tibby worked as an attorney in the New York office of Bryan Cave, where she practiced Corporate Finance & Securities and Banking & Business Finance. While at Bryan Cave, Tibby represented indenture trustees in debt offerings and exchange transactions. Tibby also worked on various M&A and International corporate deals, spending several months in the Firm's London office in connection with a proposed merger. Tibby also participated in the Firm's recruitment and pro bono programs.
Tibby also has experience working in the Washington, D.C. office of the NASD, now FINRA, in Enforcement. Tibby went on to a legal recruiting career, both at agencies, and, most recently, at Ropes & Gray in Boston. While at Ropes & Gray, Tibby coordinated the largest Summer Associate class and highest percentage of permanent offers in firm history.
Tibby received her undergraduate degree at Villanova where she graduated cum laude. There, she was a springboard and platform diver on the Varsity Swimming & Diving Team. Tibby also received her law degree from Villanova in 2002, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. She is a member of the New York Bar.

Megan Andrews
Megan Andrews has joined the Office of Graduate and International Programs as a part-time LL.M. career counselor. Megan's office is in Room 1670B in the Grad Tax Office. Megan is a 2005 magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University Law School and a 2001 magna cum laude graduate of Skidmore College. Most recently, she has been a trust and estates associate at Partridge Snow & Hahn in Providence, RI. In law school, she worked as a student attorney in Syracuse’s low income taxpayer’s clinic. She will be in the office on Mondays and Tuesday from 9:00am-2:00pm.
