Jerri E. Shick is a counsel in O'Melveny & Myers' New York office and a member of the Global Enforcement and Criminal Defense Practice. She represents individuals and institutions in white collar enforcement matters, securities class actions, and shareholder derivative litigation. Jerri has represented individuals and companies in various regulatory enforcement matters, including investigations handled by the United States Department of Justice, the New York State Attorney General's Office, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Jerri also has experience conducting corporate internal investigations.

Jerri also serves as the pro bono coordinator for the New York office, in which she manages the pro bono program for the office's attorneys and staff. In that role, Jerri oversees the distribution of information about pro bono clients, matters and training sessions; cultivates relationships with public interest legal services organizations, not-for-profits, bar associations and pro bono coordinators at peer law firms; works on and supervises pro bono matters; assists attorneys in processing new pro bono matters; and works on other aspects of the pro bono program for the office and the firm.
