Business Organizations and Finance Law
Major changes in corporate structures, in domestic and cross-boundary regulations and in the banking and financial world create a complex business arena, both nationally and internationally. Our Concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law gives students the edge they need in this competitive and complex market.
Students pursuing the Concentration in Business Organizations and Finance Law may supplement their training in this area by pursuing a dual degree in law and management (J.D./M.B.A.) from the Boston University School of Management, working on the Annual Review of Banking Law and by taking banking law courses in the Graduate Program in Banking Law.
