Professor Breen joined the Criminal Clinical Program in 2003. In addition to his responsibilities as clinical associate professor and supervisor of the Prosecutor program, he serves as a special assistant district attorney for Norfolk County. Before joining the faculty, he was an assistant district attorney in New York and a prosecutor in the Criminal Bureau of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

Stanley Z. Fisher

Professor Fisher joined the faculty of the School of Law in 1968. On sabbatical leaves, he has practiced in Boston-area juvenile and criminal courts, both as a defense attorney and as a prosecutor. In addition to his work in the Criminal Clinic for a number of years, he has taught courses in criminal law, criminal procedure and wrongful convictions.

Wendy Kaplan

After working as a trial attorney with the Massachusetts Defenders Committee, Professor Kaplan became a member of the Criminal Clinical Faculty in 1977. Working as key supervisor for students working in the Boston Juvenile Court, Professor Kaplan is committed to the advocacy of young offenders.

Professor Nilsen joined the School of Law faculty in 1979. She has supervised hundreds of students as they tried their cases at Boston Municipal Court.

Professor Rossman joined the School of Law in 1973 as a staff attorney in the Center for Criminal Justice. In addition to extensive work in the clinical program, he has taught courses in criminal procedure and law and social science.
