Employment Rights Clinic (ERC)

Students in the Civil Litigation Program's ERC Clinic work for credit under the supervision of four full-time BU clinical faculty in the offices of Greater Boston Legal Services in downtown Boston. Students represent clients in unemployment compensation cases, and possibly wage and hour disputes, administrative appeals concerning nurse aide certification, discrimination/sexual harassment cases, and Family Medical Leave Act cases.

The AHR Clinic is taught by Professors Mary Connaughton, Robert Burdick, Connie Browne, and Lois Knight.
