Student Group Reservations
All LAW student groups must work with the Student Services Program Coordinator, 4th floor, Dean’s Office and the Student Activities Office, located in the George Sherman Union Building, to reserve classrooms, the Law Auditorium, Barristers Hall, or Function Room 1270. Please make sure to review student group reservation procedures.
Moot Court Room Reservations
To reserve a moot courtroom, student groups should contact the First Year Writing and Advocacy Program Office, Room 752 (617/353-3107). Reservations are on a first-come, first served basis.
Class Room Reservations
All classroom reservations during the academic year (mid-August to mid-May) need to be made through the Registrar’s Office located on the 4th Floor. Reservations must be approved by the Director of Finance and Facilities. During exam times (midterms and finals) limited reservations are approved so as not to conflict with or interrupt exams.
Summer classroom reservations, from the end of classes in the spring to the start of classes in the fall, are made through the FOA in the Dean’s Office. Each reservation requires a Classroom Reservation form. Once completed, this form must be approved by the Director of Finance and Facilities before a reservation is confirmed.
