Course Selection Advice
Members of the faculty have collaborated on a some memos that offer advice to students who wish to pursue various legal specialties. Links to the current collection are below. The suggestions made in these documents are informal, and are just meant as a starting place; some of the courses and seminars mentioned in the memos are offered irregularly, and others will of course be of greater value to some students than to others. The hope behind the memos is just that they will give you a broad sense of how to begin your planning. For additional help we encourage you to directly approach faculty who teach in the areas that interest you. If you are undecided about your academic or career direction, the course bulletin contains some advice of a more general nature.
