ExamSoft Introduction

We offer JD students who have a PC-compatible laptop that meets certain minimum specifications the option to take their in-class final exams on their laptops. Students who elect this option use software called SofTest from the company ExamSoft Worldwide. The software blocks access to all applications and stored files during the exam administration, and blocks access to the Internet and instant messenger. Over 135 law schools in the U.S. and Canada and over 30 state bars are using SofTest with excellent results.

Although there is a charge for the SofTest software, the Law School will absorb the cost so that there will be no charge to our students.
