Satisfying the Writing Requirement
Students may satisfy the Upperclass Writing Requirement in one of the following ways:
- through a course or seminar
- a research report for the Legislation Clinics or Legislative Internship Program
- a note on a student journal
- an Independent Study
- an independent research paper
- or a moot court problem and bench memo
Note that a student may not take written work done for a journal or for one professor and use it as the basis for satisfying the Writing Requirement with another professor without the advance permission of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
