Bruner/Cott, a full service architectural firm in Cambridge, MA since 1972, is committed to creative design for institutions, private developers and individuals. The firm has significant experience designing new buildings for higher education institutions, including MIT's Sloan School of Management, Lesley University's Art Institute of Boston, and Harvard University's Blackstone Offices. Founding Principals Simeon Bruner and Leland Cott have 40 years of experience in architecture, urban design, and construction.

Skanska USA is a leading provider of world-class construction services within the building construction sector in the United States. Skanska USA, which is based in New Jersey, has an extensive network of local offices that includes Boston. Skanska's local construction projects have included MIT's Stata Center and Harvard's new law school building. The company, part of the Skanska AB global group of companies, has approximately 4,100 employees.

Boston University Facilities Planning & Management is responsible for managing the development and execution of new construction, and the renovations of existing spaces across campus. They are dedicated to ensuring every structure on campus remains functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. In close consultation with the Law School, a staff of professional space planners and designers develop programs and plans to meet the needs of the school.
