Andrew Morganti

On March 7, 2006, my wife gave birth to our second girl, Ann Eileen Morganti. During November 2006, I took an of-counsel position with the law firm Milberg Weiss & Bershad LLP and work between both New York and Los Angeles offices. (6/06)

Alan opened a law office in McLean/Tysons Corner, Virginia on June 5, 2006 upon concluding thirty-nine years with the Boston and Washington, DC offices of Goulston & Storrs - A Professional Corporation. Alan, admitted in VA, NY, DC, FL and MA, is a member of the Council of the Virginia Bar Association Health Law Section; Co-Chair of the Health Law Steering Committee and a member of the Rules of Professional Conduct Review Committee of the District of Columbia Bar; Co-Chair of the Health Law Subcommittee of the Northern Virginia Technology Counsel; an Adjunct Professor of eHealth Law at Suffok Law School and an Adunct Professor of Health Law at George Mason University College of Health and Human Services; and a Past President and Inaugural Fellow of American Health Lawyers Association and a past member of the Council of the American Bar Association Health Law Section.
