Young Alumni Council - Get Involved!

The YAC needs your help! With a variety of committees, there is something for everyone no matter where your interests lie. If you would like to get involved and meet new people, make new contacts and help the YAC grow, please look at the list below, decide which committee you would like to serve on and e-mail Erin Elwood at erine@bu.edu.

Committees (in each region):

• Admissions: help the admissions office with recruiting events, serve as contact for potential students
• Career Development: plan networking events, work with other schools and organizations to organize and publicize career development programs
• Community Service: work with the social director and social events committee to plan community service activities
• Fundraising: create programs and challenges to increase young alumni giving, plan and implement new fundraising events and ideas
• Membership: track membership, identify potential committee members, assist with attendance at events and fundraisers
• Social Events: plan social events and work with other committees on their events
