Gov/PI Virtual Visit with the Queens District Attorney’s Office

  • Starts: 12:45 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021
  • Ends: 1:45 pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021
Join the CDO for one of many Gov/PI Virtual Visits happening this spring! At this event, you will learn more about Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz and her new administration.  Under her leadership, DA Katz has restructured the office, addressed inequities in the criminal justice system and devoted considerable resources to address violent crimes.  It is a privilege to serve the “World’s Borough”.  Queens County, New York is the most ethnically diverse urban area on the planet, with over 120 countries represented and at least 138 languages spoken throughout the borough. Assistant District Attorneys from the office will also be available to talk about their professional journey and what it means to be a prosecutor.  There will be time for student Q & A.  RSVP via the Events tab in CareerHub.
