Applicants to the PhD programs of the Division of Religious and Theological Studies who plan to specialize in an area of Jewish studies will be considered for five-year, fully funded Jewish studies graduate fellowships. Fellowship support includes all required tuition expenses, health insurance, and a competitive living stipend. Consideration for these fellowships will be part of the DRTS application review process. For information about the DRTS, including program information and requirements, application procedures and deadlines see www.bu.edu/drts or contact Prof. Jonathan Klawans, Director, at email@example.com.
Graduate students enrolled in any BU program whose academic work is significantly related to Jewish studies, including Israel studies, may affiliate with the Elie Wiesel Center and compete for research and travel awards and other financial aid. Center affiliation requires regular participation in faculty and graduate student research seminars (BUJS Forum) and attendance of other EWCJS events.
