With more than thirty faculty members from across many departments in the College of Arts & Sciences, as well as from other schools and colleges, the Elie Wiesel Center offers a wide range of approaches and specializations. These include history and religion, literature and film studies, philosophy, law, medicine, and communication. We offer introductory and advanced courses in Hebrew and Israel studies, Jewish thought and religion from the Bible to contemporary America, Jewish history and society, as well as classes focused on the Holocaust, its origins and aftermath.
