Subscription rates. Information for individuals, institutions, and subscription agencies.

We have implemented a secure transaction e-mail facility that allows you to subscribe to JFA on-line and pay using a credit card.

If you wish, however, there are forms that may be printed out and mailed conventionally, with checks or credit card information.

E-Mail-in form. Fill in and click the "Submit" button.

If you would rather print out a subscription form, fill it in, and send it to us via conventional mail, use one of the following:

Mail-in html form. Print out, fill in, and mail to us.

Mail-in pdf form. Print out, fill in, and mail to us.
