Excavations at the Clyde Farm Site (7NC-E-6) in northern Delaware revealed a cluster of archaeological features identified as a pit house, a storage feature, and a hearth. The hearth feature is radiocarbon dated to 1005 B.C. A tool production area was also present. The cluster of features is interpreted as a household cluster and indicates that a semi-sedentary lifestyle was present during initial Early Woodland times in northern Delaware.
