Settled and Healthy"
to Begin Studies at Boston University
Please be
reminded that every student must provide an emergency phone number,
must settle their account, and must be in compliance with state
immunization requirements each semester. Therefore, Boston
University is asking all students, "Are you Safe, Settled and
Healthy?" to be sure that everyone is in compliance with state
and University rules. What does "Safe, Settled and Healthy"
mean?

Have you entered/confirmed your BU Alert
Phone Number in the Student Link?
This number will be used by the BU
Alert system to contact you in emergency
situations. You can provide the number by clicking on
"Update/Confirmation" of your BU Alert Phone Information
in the Address and Phone tab of the Student Link. You
are required to update or confirm the number each semester. |

| Settled |
Have you settled your Student Account? (Have
you paid your tuition and fees?) You can check your account
information by clicking on the "Money Matters" tab
in the Student Link. |

| Healthy |
Have you met the Massachusetts state immunization
requirements?
You must prove that you have received all vaccinations required
by Massachusetts state law. Click here
to review the requirements outlined on the Student Health Services
web site. Click here to access and complete the appropriate BU Health Form for your program of study. |
Students
who do not comply with these requirements will not be permitted
to register for the following semester.
A special
page has been added to the the Student Link so you can check to
see if you are in compliance with the Safe, Settled and Healthy
requirements. Go to the Student Link, click on "Personal
Tab," then on "Compliance Status" as illustrated
below.
